It was my first time renting a car in the United States. Before doing so, I consulted reviews from other companies. Other companies (without mentioning them) quote one price, and when you pick up the car, it's a different price. Florida Premium was always friendly, honest, and transparent about the final rental price. I'm from Chile, and I liked the service. When I return to Miami soon, I'll rent from you again. As for the car, I felt pretty good about it; it was a Corolla, which more than met my expectations. Congratulations to the whole team! I hope they don't change, and if they do, that it's to be better than the others.

I rented a car for 14 days, so far I have it on the 4th day. I also paid for insurance. Nevertheless, the rental company demanded a deposit of 600 euros from me. I was a little taken aback. When ordering via the Internet, there was no information about the deposit. We drove to the accommodation and did not start the next day. After contacting the rental company, the service arrived within 30 minutes and replaced the battery for free. ...The rest of the stay was already OK. They unblocked the deposit immediately upon return. The rental office is air-conditioned. Returning the car and transportation to the airport perfect. Mr. very pleasant. In the end, actually, great satisfaction. They take good care of their customers.

Great service, new and clean cars, Allah very kind. As soon as you arrive at the airport there should be a guy with your name, if he isn't there it's best to call the rental number. 10 min from Amman airport. Advised!
