Fantastic experience, the correct rating would be 6/5, the staff is very kind, helpful and knows English well, we arrived at the airport at 11.30pm and after 10 minutes they already came to pick us up! The office is not far from the airport, never had any problems with the car!

We booked a 7 seater car with them, it was quite modern and in good condition. Although they deliver the cars with an empty tank, we did not have any problems, since despite arriving at 24:00 they accompanied us to the nearest gas station. We had a small problem with a flat tire on the way to Amman that we finally resolved with them even though the insurance in principle does not cover this type of expense.

Good experience, they came to pick us up at the airport (included in the rental price) with the small sign at 10 p.m. to take us to the agency. Fast processing, car in good condition, no worries. Hassle-free return, deposit recovered immediately. I recommend making a video with the condition of the car at the start.

Excellent experience, competitive prices, helpful staff who can also be reached via WhatsApp. They picked us up at the airport, drove us to their office a few km away and delivered the car to us in no time. The car was of a good standard, in very good condition, we had no problems. Possibility of adding an additional driver and returning the car to the agency in Amman city.

We got a larger car than we had booked, the deposit had to be paid in JOD (blocked on the debit card), the gentleman said that the deposit would be released within a month, but the money was released after two days :) I recommend it
