I am absolutely delighted with the experience I had renting a car in Miami with Florida Premium. From the moment I arrived at the airport, everything was perfect. The staff was very friendly and efficient and helped me find the perfect car for my needs. The car I rented was a Toyota Corolla, and it was in excellent condition. It was new, clean and well maintained, and had all the accessories I needed for a comfortable and safe trip. The quality of the car was impressive, and I felt very safe driving on the roads of Miami. It was my first time renting a car in the United States. Before doing so, I consulted reviews from other companies. Other companies (without mentioning them) quote one price, and when you pick up the car, it's a different price. Florida Premium was always friendly, honest, and transparent about the final rental price. I'm from Chile, and I liked the service. When I return to Miami soon, I'll rent from you again. As for the car, I felt pretty good about it; it was a Corolla, which more than met my expectations. Congratulations to the whole team! I hope they don't change, and if they do, that it's to be better than the others.

We had a very positive experience with the rental car provider. The service was extremely friendly and they regularly asked if everything was OK. The car was in good condition and we had received recent pictures from the provider in advance. It was delivered directly to our hotel. The regulation for the tank was fair and overall we were very satisfied. We would definitely rent a car there again.
