We booked the vehicle for 6 days online and everything went smoothly. After the payment was made, I contacted them by phone to see if the reservation was confirmed, everything went well without any problems. We requested the airport pick-up service for an additional €10. This was the worst part of the service, the flight was scheduled to arrive at around 1:45 pm, we requested the service for 2 pm because we allowed a 10-minute discount for luggage or flight delays. We arrived on time, but 2 pm had not yet arrived. At around 2:10 pm we contacted them to let them know that we had arrived and that we were waiting. They said they would be there in 5 minutes, but we had to wait at least another 20 minutes for them to arrive. They arrived in the vehicle we were going to rent and took us to the dealership to deal with the paperwork and pay the deposit. The only negative points were the wait and the fact that we had to pay €10 to have them pick us up in the car we had rented, when it would have cost around €7 to go by taxi. The employee who picked us up and handled the entire process on site was very pleasant (it's a shame I can't remember his name) and handled everything with good humor and friendliness. The car was in perfect condition, apart from the normal scratches and damages that a vehicle has, but everything was pointed out on site with care and attention. It's a service that I 100% recommend, and I will definitely choose your car rental company again on my next visit to the Azores.

Very friendly and attentive staff, Marcelo helped me in particular, he indicated the flight number and was waiting for me upon arrival at the airport, the delivery of the car was very fast, they check it with you and take photos of the condition of the vehicle (they invite you to you too do it), they informed me that the car had to be delivered in the same clean conditions if not it is €20 for more and the tank full (obviously, you also take it full) otherwise €60 and to hand over the ticket for the last refueling. I read few bad comments and just in case I read all the clauses of the contract from the website, although Marcelo explains the most important things there. And when I delivered the car I left with 1 hour to spare, it didn't even take 5 minutes. There is a company called Blue Elephant to wash your car and it is 24 hours a day in Ponta Delgado (bring €€€ coins) For my part it is a deal of 10 and I would repeat it again.
