Overall, a very pleasant experience. All the staff were friendly and attentive, from the gentleman who picked us up at the airport, to the gentlemen who delivered and received the vehicle and ending with the girls who took us back to the airport, everyone was friendly. The process was quick, the price was spectacular (booking made online). I was given a 2017 car, and it didn't seem to have any mechanical problems. This review is from December when I visited the island. So, regarding that experience, I give it 5*, it's well deserved. Now, if I made a reservation today, I would probably be welcomed again, etc... But I would only give it 4*, because now they require a €90 deposit. So, they changed the "rules". In my opinion, for the worse.
