Very nice communication, we got the car spontaneously for the next day for a week, because it was so spontaneous, the car had to be changed on Saturday, it worked great, we just wrote, we are now at the hotel, it was brought to us, also for the car change and picked up at the end. The best car rental company I've dealt with while traveling! We had some small problems with the car's handbrake at the beginning in the hilly terrain of Madeira, but the staff were immediately available and they came to the scene to make sure everything was working as it should. After that, they taught me separately how it worked and were ready to change the car if I felt insecure behind the wheel. Another plus is that the rental price included full insurance and there was no need to pay a deposit for the car. However, it was mentioned separately that if you yourself cause a small dent in the parking lot, it would be a separate payment of 120 euros, which is not covered by the insurance. Communication with the rental company was seamless and fast, regardless of the time of day, and I recommend the place to everyone!

I highly recommend this car rental company in Madeira. Formalities limited to a minimum, attractive prices, and the entire process went smoothly and in a pleasant atmosphere. The service is helpful and very flexible. The car (Renault Clio) is in very good condition, with rich equipment. On board, among others: GPS with a Polish narrator. The powerful and reliable 110 HP engine was perfect for island steepness and driveways. I highly recommend it. I will definitely use again when I am in Madeira again :)

It has been a pleasure, pickup and drop-off at the same airport. The car was brand new and spotless and although a priori it was not a model with much power, we were able to successfully climb all the mountain passes without problems. Furthermore, being small, it has been very manageable when moving on the road and parking. We would repeat without hesitation.
