We decided to use this service on the advice of a friend. We ordered a car, but got the dates wrong. We were kindly changed the dates of our reservation without additional payment, one day before the reservation. The car was very clean and had almost no mileage of 1500 km, but with small chips, which I photographed in advance. We took out full insurance on our own initiative. The service was always in touch with us and quickly answered all questions. We were very pleased!
