Abbycar Reviews

Good service!!

Very pleasant and accommodating, the staff offered to change cars when ours had a tire problem. They did not try, like many rental companies, to sell us additional insurance or extras. Very nice. A free airport shuttle is available.

Great service from airport pick-up to key return. Good car which allowed us to drive across the country without incident for 11 days. Have a good trip and enjoy your trip to Jordan!

Although we got a different car than we had planned, it was just better because we got a more powerful little car and had no problems going up steep hills. The store manager was very nice. Also, even though we left less fuel than we left with, we didn't have to pay for it, so it contributed to a pleasant end to the trip

Very friendly welcome at the airport. They allowed us to buy our sim cards then we had a transfer to the rental agency. We rented a small Suzuki Alto, in good condition and clean, which did its job very well during our stay. The description of the car (for 2 people with 2 luggage) is very realistic. On our return to the agency, the welcome was just as pleasant (despite our arrival a few minutes before opening) with tea.

Good, mostly new cars, without unnecessary bureaucracy, will bring and take you to the airport (included in the rental price).

Alaa picked us up at the airport and took us to the rental company where the formalities went smoothly and the other way round too the car worked well

Very good service, fast and they gave us all the possible facilities (including wifi).
