Perfect service at an unbeatable price! Veronica was responsive and efficient. We really appreciated the shuttle service to pick us up and bring us back to the center of Olbia, and the car was in excellent condition.

We rented a car here for 10 days through Check 24. Everything went great for us. The staff at the counter were very friendly when we picked it up and our car was great. We cannot understand the bad reviews. We were neither sold additional insurance nor were we discussed about any small details when returning the item. However, we researched beforehand and returned the car relatively clean so that there would be no discussion (as has apparently already happened several times with other customers).

We had good experiences and everything worked smoothly. Of course, I informed myself in advance what to look out for. (e.g. return in clean condition.) When we arrived at the airport it wasn't clear where the meeting point for the shuttle service was, but after calling Vettura we found it. The staff were friendly. We booked the rental car for eleven days at the end of August - beginning of September. There wasn't much going on there, so it was quick to get to the counter.

Bad service. I booked with full insurance, 1600€ deposit plus with my credit card. New car. The return went well, deposit released and the gentleman dropped us off in the city center afterwards!

Booked a Citroën C3 through Check 24 with additional insurance through Allianz. Arrived there late in the evening, around 10 p.m. We wrote to the company via WhatsApp as soon as we landed. They said that as soon as we have our luggage, we should let us know and they will pick us up at the A3 parking lot. The parking lot was a bit difficult to find, but everything was fine. We were picked up and driven to the rental shop. There we received the car and the keys. We were asked if we wanted insurance. We said we already had one. Then the topic was already ticked off. We were taken to the car and told to just take photos of the damage with our cell phone. That's enough for them. So we took photos. That was a bit difficult in the dark because you can't see everything 100%. But larger scratches were not a problem to find. The day after, I realized that I had signed the terms and conditions etc. on a tablet when I was very tired. Now I also had a piece of paper with my signature on it. Together with a picture of the car so that any existing damage can be recorded together with the rental car staff. Which didn't happen and now I was a bit annoyed for a week that I signed for the car to be immaculate. When returning the car had to be washed and vacuumed (self-wash around the corner) Now I was afraid that I would be blamed for every hair-breadth “scratch”. Also because you can miss something in the dark with a cell phone lamp. But that wasn't the case. There was just a slightly larger scratch. We took a picture of it at the beginning and that was actually enough. It took about 5 minutes to receive the car at 10 p.m And the return at 3 p.m. a week later also took about 5 minutes Everything without any problems I’d love to do it again next time

By providing flight information we already received a call that they were ready to pick us up. The car was not the car we had chosen, but we were given an equal class. Clear explanation of the rules. It is walkable from the rental to the airport (without luggage), really well maintained, great.

The car was impeccable, and the services impeccable! I recommend!
